I've registered but I have not received my confirmation email
First check your unwanted email folders, if it's not there, then please email me or paperwreck and we'll activate your account manually ASAP
This problem has been encountered with users of Gmail, if you can, please register using another email account, you can change your address in your profile later.
How do I download the files?
First you need to register in the forum, and then log in, go to the media section and click on the file you are interested in downloading, in the info page of each file there is a button that reads "Download" right click and save target as.
When I log in I get redirected to the forum and then I'm stuck in it!
If this happens, after you've logged in, type in the address of the main site, and refresh the page... then go from there to any part of the site that you like
I can't click on the Download button!
That means that you're either not logged in, or have not yet reached "Ark Visitor" status. Click on the alternate Megaupload.com link provided. And/or go here for further info.
There is no Megaupload.com link to download _certain file_
That means that the file is over 250 MB big and therefore it can't be hosted at Megaupload.com, take part in the community, with 5 posts you'll reach "Ark Visitor" status and then you'll be able to download anything you like off our server.
Why do you block the downloads?!
We are not blocking them, most of our files are available to everyone (even not registered visitors) via Megaupload.com, the ones that are not available are because of the filesize limit of their service. Getting access to the downloads within our server is very simple, nearly all you have to do is taking the time of reading the updates and FAQ and spend five minutes of your life posting.
My member info says I'm an Ark Visitor but I can't access the downloads yet!
Please go here, post and I'll upgrade your account ASAP
When I go to a file it asks me for a password, what should I do?
This bug we had has been fixed, it should not happen anymore... but if it does, please let us know what file it is so we can fix it manually... and just click cancel, this should not interfere with your download
I can't see/hear a certain file
You may need a codec:
AVI files usually need the DivX or XVid codec
RM files require the RealOne Player
MOV files need the Quicktime Player
M2V files need MPEG-2 compatible software, such as Videolan
and finally, M4A files, are the iTunes format, however you can play them using Winamp
